This project focused on supporting two organizations (from the same group) in achieving sustainable organic growth through a cross-functional consulting approach.

“It’s all about eatable shrooms: a digital marketing strategy project.”
Apparently, there are plenty of edible mushrooms in the world! These types of news needs to reach the proper customers, so by developing the right digital marketing strategy for this niche startup, plus a content calendar and a manual, it was simple to guide them in the right direction for future valuable connections.

“The guardian of your kitchen: using IoT for good.”
This project consisted in developing an end-to-end IoT product and business development project executed using an agile Scrum framework with two-week sprints. In collaboration with my reliable cross-functional team, we created Kitchen Keeper!

“Inclusive education: a project to develop proper student support services.”
Alongside the CAXA department, I worked on the first stages of this initiative focused on developing the right student services and improving those existing. Having the opportunity to talk with multiple people, I produced 9 user/persona profiles evaluating socioeconomic situations, feelings, personalities, and more aspects of the main underrepresented groups of students identified by the university’s staff.

That’s right, I’m a publish author! This article details the extensive work that the previous project took us (me and my team). It describes the methodologies, data, and approach we took from Service Design and Design Thinking.

“Foreign students commute to campus: a service design project.”
A Service Design project focused on foreign students and the safety of their commute to and from campus. Using the Doble Diamond methodology, we created a community that looks out for the safety and wellbeing of these particular group of students.

“Improving customer service delivery pawcesses (pun intended).”
Developed in collaboration with a veterinary hospital and pet hotel, this project focused on analyzing and redesigning operational processes to improve efficiency and service capacity.

This was a social entrepreneurship project focused on increasing access to mental health services for young people with limited resources.
