Officially, I’m a service-provider engineer. I specialize in quality, process, and business analysis, with a solid background in project coordination and management. Additionally, I also work in R&D, service design, SME strategy, and SE+SRM.
Personally, I like to understand the ‘WHYs’. I focus on critical thinking for decision-making, so having THE RIGHT DATA is essential.
